AI Photos and credits

Enable AI Photos in your event, add looks from AI Presets, and publish when the looks are ready. Guests tap AI Photos on the booth, choose a look, and approve their photo.

Monthly credits and wallet

Included monthly credits are used first. If they run out, your purchased wallet covers the difference automatically. One photo can use both balances. No payment prompt interrupts capture.

Starting allowances are 100 credits/month for Plus and 300 for Business. Wallet packs are 2,500 credits for $25, 5,000 for $50, and 10,000 for $100 when purchases are available. Your Billing page shows your account’s current balance and available packs.

Monthly credits expire at the end of their service period. Pending photos retain their original reservation. Purchased wallet credits carry over between months; the purchase page shows the available pack and price.

Choosing a model

Choose Balanced for everyday portraits or Likeness for faces, groups and detailed instructions. The operator chooses the model for the event or look; guests choose only the event looks.

ModelBest forObserved waitApprox. provider costExpense
BalancedEveryday portraits and reference scenes13–45 seconds$0.018/photo1/5
LikenessFaces, groups and detailed instructions17–26 seconds$0.022–$0.034/photo2/5

Measured October 4, 2026: four fictional-subject tests per model, at 1024 × 1024; Likeness used medium quality. These are sample ranges, not guaranteed speeds or prices.

Default pricing adds the applicable OpenRouter funding fee, then 5%. One credit represents $0.01 of AI spending. With the Standard 5.5% funding fee, these samples use approximately 1.99 credits ($0.020) for Balanced and 2.41–3.77 credits ($0.024–$0.038) for Likeness.

Expense ratings

Ratings use provider cost per photo: 1 up to $0.02, 2 up to $0.04, 3 up to $0.08, 4 up to $0.16, and 5 above $0.16. They describe expense, not quality or a number of credits.

What uses credits?

A delivered generation uses credits according to the approved model configuration. Test photos and an allowed additional look use the same accounting. Retaking a camera photo before generation uses no AI credits.

Processing requires a temporary credit reservation. Unused reserved credits return to the original balance when the photo finishes.

Definitive failures release reserved credits. Unknown outcomes stay pending while they are checked, with a default one-hour release deadline; retrying the same request does not buy another generation. If AI is unavailable, ordinary photos remain available.
