Who operates this program
ATA Industries operates Boothio photo delivery. This policy covers phone numbers and related information collected when you request event media by text. It does not describe every feature of Boothio or an independent event operator's separate services.
Information used for delivery
When you request a text, Boothio processes your phone number, requested media or gallery link, event and session identifiers, request time, consent record, and delivery status. These details are used to deliver requested media, handle support, prevent abuse, and honor messaging preferences.
Service providers and sharing
We use messaging and hosting providers, including Telnyx, to deliver and operate this service. They receive information needed for those services. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except providers supporting operation of this messaging service, or where legally required.
Storage and offline requests
A booth may temporarily store your request and media locally while offline and send the request after reconnecting. Delivery and consent records may be retained to provide the service, resolve support requests, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access or deletion; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.
Your choices
SMS sharing is optional. You can decline and use another available sharing option. Reply STOP to stop messages from the sending number. Contact support@boothio.net about privacy, access, deletion, or messaging preferences. Protect your gallery link: someone you share it with may be able to view your media.
